Do you always need to ship your products to various destinations? For sure, you are using cardboard boxes to pack and ship your items.
When you need to ship different product items, you will likely be needing a lot of cardboard boxes. Good thing, you can find these boxes easily due to its essential role in commercial businesses and shipping needs.
Although you can use boxes from your local grocery or even your existing boxes to ship your goods, it is always a better idea to purchase manufactured cardboard boxes. These boxes are sold flat, which means that you need to fold and tape them correctly so that you can transform them into a functional box that you can use for your shipping needs.
The beauty of cardboard boxes is that they are inexpensive and sturdy. You can even store them quickly and conveniently when not in use.
You can find most of the cardboard boxes are the same; however, they come from different sizes and cardboard density. This means that it would be easier for you to find the perfect shipping box for your items, especially those products with odd, irregular shapes.
Cardboard boxes have four flaps each on top and bottom and four walls. Meaning, you can assemble any cardboard box using a similar process, be it a small box used for shipping small machine parts, jewelry, cosmetic and medical products, or spices, or a large box for carrying musical instruments, apparel, shoes, and other larger items.
When packaging products items that need to be shipped using cardboard boxes, there is no need for you to use any special skills or tools. All you need to have by your side are quality packing tape as well as enough space to assemble the boxes comfortably and effectively.
To assemble cardboard boxes, simply follow the steps below:
1. The flattened cardboard box has 2 sides that are already folded, while the other 2 sides are not secured yet. You need to separate the cardboard pieces on the side without folding it where you will open it until the sides become parallel with one another.
2.Set the tube with an open side down. Fold in the other two flaps.
3. Straighten the cardboard’s joining edges. Seal it with a packing tape. Go a little behind the joining edges with the packing tape to be folded up and provide extra strength and stability.
4. Turn the cardboard box upside down and place inside the items you want to pack in it.
5. Fold in the cardboard’s top flaps the same way to the bottom flaps.
6. Secure the folds by applying more packing tape.
Now that you already know how to assemble a cardboard box, there is no need for you to feel stressed every time you need to ship your products.
