The couriers USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS are third-party companies we utilize for deliveries. We have no control over shipping delays once packages have left our facilities. Most in-stock orders ship the same business day and usually take 1-5 Business days for delivery. Please contact us to confirm the expected delivery date of any extremely time sensitive orders. Your order may be shipped from multiple distribution centers and in separate packages, depending on availability. Our shipping department follows the UPS Holiday Schedule Click here to view. At this time we deliver within the contiguous 48 states only. Delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are not available. Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted.
Should you provide a PO Box or incorrect address for shipping, you will incur an intercept / address correction fee by the carrier, of $18 per package. This will also cause a delay in shipment. We are not responsible for UPS weather delays or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We try to be as prompt & give the best approximate shipping days when asked.
