At UOFFICE, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Our coupon policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent practices for all our customers. Coupon Acceptance

  1. Expiration Dates:
  • We only accept coupons that are valid and have not passed their expiration date.
  • Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds for coupons that were not utilized during the transaction.
  • UOFFICE does not exchange coupons for cash or gift cards. Coupons hold no cash value.
  1. Wholesale Customers
  • Wholesale Customer coupons are only sent directly to your email on your account.
  1. Item Eligibility:
  • Coupons cannot be applied to items that have not been purchased.
  • Coupons must correspond exactly to the purchased items in terms of size, variety, etc.
  • Only one coupon issued by UOFFICE is accepted per purchased item.
  • For buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers, each item is treated as a separate purchase. One coupon may be used per purchased item.
  • Coupons that provide a discount on the total order must be applied after the entire order has been placed.
  • UOFFICE does not accept coupons from competitors.
  1. Value Limitations:
  • Coupons can only be applied to items of equal or higher value. We do not provide cash back. If the coupon’s value exceeds the item price, the coupon will be adjusted to match the item
  • UOFFICE does not accept coupons exceeding the item's selling price, and cash back is not allowed. The total value of coupons cannot exceed the pre-tax transaction amount, and sales tax will apply as required by state law.
  1. Sales Tax:
  • Sales tax is calculated based on the full retail price of the item and is the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Reward Points
  • Reward Points may be redeemed up to 50% of your checkout total each time. 
  • Coupons may be used with a combination of coupon and  Reward Points. (Reward Points may be entered right before button to check out.)
