Changing Information In My Starboxes Account
If you would like to change information in your Starboxes account please login and click on the "My Account" in the top menu bar. On the left-hand side, you will see the following:
- Account Information - You may change First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password
- Address Book - You can set a default billing address to match your credit card, add shipping addresses if there is more than one address you ship to.
Changing My Order
If you need to change your order please notify us right away since orders ship quickly time is of the essence.
- If it is during business hours you may call us at (800) 878-7703 Starboxes hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST.
- If it is after hours please send an email along with the details to [email protected] and include a phone number where you will be available during normal business hours.
