Returns Policy

NO HASSLE SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICY: Providing our customers with quality packaging supplies is our priority. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns must be made complete, no partials. It's simple, just choose and pay for the carrier of your choice to return the product. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping. Upon receipt of your return, your account will be refunded accordingly less a $5 per package restocking fee. If you paid a $3.95 handling fee, this fee is non-refundable

CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. We are available 9am-5pm, EST, Monday – Friday via our Ecare Customer Service. Cancellations must be made by 3 pm EST the day the order is scheduled to ship, in order to avoid any fees. Orders already in transit will incur a carrier intercept and return shipping fee of $15. per package and a $3. Re-stocking fee per package. Orders in transit via USPS cannot be intercepted. You will be responsible for using the carrier of your choice for the return. Upon receipt of the return, a refund less the $3.00 restocking fee per package will be issued. 

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: Please contact us immediately if you require an address correction Address changes must be made by 2pm EST the day the order is scheduled to be shipped. Should your order already be in transit, and you are changing a physical address you will incur intercept fees by the carrier per package to reroute. Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted. Should you provide a PO Box for shipping, you will incur an intercept address correction fee by the carrier.
