Most of our products are sold by the case, bundle, or pallet — there is no single-unit option for standard items. Case quantities vary by product and are clearly listed on each product page. Yes — for special or custom orders, please call or email our Customer Service team Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST. A minimum order quantity applies based on the size of the box.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday ship the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 3 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or observed holidays.
Cancellations must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship. Once an order is in transit, a carrier intercept fee of $21 per package plus a $5 restocking fee per package will apply. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be intercepted.

Transit times begin the following business day after your order ships. Because we ship from Florida warehouses, most Florida addresses receive deliveries quickly — often 1–3 business days. Exact estimates depend on your location and the carrier. For time-sensitive orders, contact our Customer Service team before ordering so we can provide an estimated transit time.
An automated tracking email is sent to the address you provided at checkout once your shipping label is generated. You can paste the tracking number directly into Google to be directed to the correct carrier's tracking page. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. No. We require a physical street address for all deliveries. Providing a PO Box or APO/FPO address will delay your order and may result in additional intercept fees from the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We ship throughout the contiguous 48 states. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is not currently available.
Sometimes, when we combine smaller items into a larger package, the original shipping label may appear voided or show no movement. This is normal. Once your order arrives, open all packages completely and check that smaller items haven't been packed inside larger ones. If an item is still missing after thoroughly unpacking everything, contact our customer service team.
All box dimensions and are listed as Length × Width × Height. This is the standard industry format and means the stated measurements are what you have to work with when packing your items.
We test box strength using the Edge Crush Test (ECT), the industry standard set by the Technical Association of Pulp and Paper. All of our corrugated boxes are at least 32 ECT / 200 lb test, meeting or exceeding all acceptable industry standards. Heavier-duty options are also available for industrial and freight applications, including 44 ECT and Double Wall.
Yes. All boxes sold by FloridaBoxes are brand new and manufactured to high quality standards. We do not sell used or reclaimed boxes.
Shipping Boxes are packed flat and according to the volume that is purchased. The boxes may be shrink wrapped, strapped or palatalized. Packing Supplies may be shipped in a plastic bag, box, or strapped.
We carry three bubble roll sizes, each for a different purpose:
Small bubble — best for surface protection and light cushioning against vibration on lighter items.
Medium bubble — ideal for heavier items needing surface protection or shock absorption, such as mirrors and picture frames.
Large bubble — best for void fill inside boxes. All our bubble rolls are perforated every 12 inches for easy tearing.
Our most popular packing tape is a 1.9 mil acrylic carton sealing tape designed to adhere firmly to corrugated boxes. For standard boxes, we recommend a two-strip method in each direction. For heavier boxes, use the H-taping method — tape down the center seam and across both side seams on top and bottom.
We carry hand wrap cast stretch film in standard clear and opaque black options, typically 18" wide × 1,500' long at 80-gauge thickness. Stretch wrap is used to bundle and secure palletized loads and stacked boxes. Cases include 4 rolls each. Pricing breaks are available on larger quantity orders — check each product listing for "as low as" pricing tiers.
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition. You have up to 30 days from delivery to initiate the return. Returns must be complete — we do not accept partial returns from bundles or kits.
If the original packaging is heavily damaged, please repack the items in a box of similar dimensions before sending back.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use any carrier of your choice. Please send your tracking information to our customer service team once the return is shipped. A $5 per package restocking fee will be deducted from your refund upon receipt.
The $5 per package restocking fee is deducted from your return credit. Carrier intercept or rerouting fees incurred during cancellations are charged by the carrier and passed through to you.

Before contacting us, please take these steps:
1. Check your tracking number — not all packages from a multi-item order arrive at the same time when shipped from our fulfillment center.
2. Open every package fully and remove all contents. Smaller items are sometimes packed inside larger items to consolidate shipments.
