Returns Information

Returned Shipments:   Please contact us toll free at 1-800-878-7703, Mon. - Fri., 9am - 5pm, EST, or send us an email ecare@starboxes.com.

Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for refunds or returns.

Returns must be in their original counts and full bundles. Discrepancies must be reported during the 7 day period following date of receipt of shipment.

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, using the carrier of your choice, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to UBOXES.   A fee will apply for damaged and missing items and you will be notified by Customer Service with this information.

The handling fee of $2.95 is non-refundable and a restocking fee of $5.00 per package returned will be deducted from your refund.

Delays by the carrier, for any reason does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.


Refused Shipments:   If a package is refused by the recipient, the package will be refunded less the 2.95 non-refundable handling fee. UPS return shipping charges and UPS intercept fees of $11.00 per package. If you return items without proper RMA and/or packaging, UBOXES retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you an additional restocking fee.
 
Canceling an order:   Customers may cancel an order by calling 1-800-878-7703 before 4:00PM EST the day the order is placed if your order has not already shipped, you may cancel it for any reason for a full refund.

If your order is in transit and you need to cancel the delivery, you will be refunded once the shipment is returned back to our distribution center.  This refund will be less $11 per package to cover UPS intercept charges plus a $20 per package fee which covers the UPS return shipping charges and the restocking fees. The handling fee of $2.95 is non-refundable.

Fees may also apply for damaged / missing items during return.
If your order is placed after 4pm EST on a Friday or on the weekend, you must cancel it on the following Monday morning before your order is shipped to avoid any shipping and restocking fees.

Re-route / Address correction:  If your order is in transit and you need to re-route the packages, including address corrections and Apartment number changes, Suite number, Unit number, Room number changes, etc... there will be a $10 per package address correction fee charged by UPS, but billed by StarBoxes for the re-routing of a shipment.  Re-routing of a package will also delay the delivery by an estimated 1-2 days.  Please contact Customer Service, for estimated deliver time.
