Returns Information
Retuned Shipments:
Please contact us toll free at 1-877-826-9371, Mon. - Fri., 9am - 5pm,
EST, or send us an email
ecare@starboxes.com. Due to
the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for
refunds or returns. Returns must be in their original counts and full
bundles. Discrepancies must be reported during the 7 day period
following date of receipt of shipment. You are responsible for and must
prepay all shipping charges, using the carrier of your choice, and you
shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to
UBOXES. A fee will apply for damaged and missing items. The handling fee
of 2.95 is non-refundable. A restocking fee of $5.00 per package
returned will be included in your refund. Delays by the carrier, for any
reason does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return
of order. Restocking fees will be applied.
Refused Shipments:
If a package is refused by the recipient, the package will be
refunded less the 2.95 non-refundable handling fee and a $5.00
restocking fee per package plus the shipping charges incurred by UPS for
the refusal. If you return items without proper RMA and/or packaging,
STARBOXES retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or
charge you an additional restocking fee.
Canceling an order: Customers
may cancel an order by calling 1-877-826-9371
before 4:00PM EST the day the order is placed if your order has
not already shipped, you may cancel it for any reason for a full
refund. If your
order is already in transit and you need to cancel the delivery, you
will be refunded less $10 per order to cover UPS intercept charges plus
the shipping charges incurred during the return to our distribution
center(s). You may contact customer service to obtain the estimated
shipping charges. Fees may also apply for damaged / missing items during
return. If your order is placed
after 4pm EST on a Friday or on the weekend, you must cancel it on the
following Monday morning before your order is shipped to avoid any
shipping and restocking fees.
Re-route / Address correction: If your order is in transit and
you need to re-route the packages, including address corrections and
Apartment number changes, Suite number, Unit number, Room number
changes, etc... there will be a $10 per package address correction fee
charged by UPS. Re-routing of a shipment will delay the delivery by an
estimated 1-2 days.

Handling Fee Information
We charge a non-refundable $2.95
handling fee per order to cover our fulfillment costs.
